Some search results for all references are not being tagged with a confidence level, but should be.

Debugging it a bit, and it seems that any match that Tern could not find type information for, which then falls into our static checker was passing right through (if it was a node we did not care about).

We should add a default case to the node list to tag the match with 0% if it passed all the other checks to tag literals, comments, etc, etc.
