I see JDT compiler (o.e.jdt.core) has been updated to version  3.12.0.v20150913-1717 and o.e.jdt.compiler.apt updated to 1.2.0.v20150824-0550 

Versions currently in use: 

    <cbi-jdt-version>3.12.0.v20150802-2146</cbi-jdt-version>
    <cbi-jdt-apt-version>1.2.0.v20150727-1612</cbi-jdt-apt-version>

Just as well update to latest, while we produce M3, 
unless someone says otherwise.

In addition, will move our "eclipserun-repo" up to M2 version, S-4.6M2-201509162000.

Have been using M1 version. S-4.6M1-201508052000.

And, changed versions in parent pom.

This change broke the build, so will track it in a separately, in bug 478987.
