Same as bug no. 388724. For administrative purposes I created a new bug report as it was requested from me.

See the attached video for details. Quick fix generates broken code.

Fixed the issue with "Add multi-catch clause to surrounding try" quick fix to filter subtype exceptions and added/updated tests.
