Created attachment 256399 [details] Image of my project after editing and saving a file, before commiting and pushing to git repo I have the dark theme enabled on Eclipse Mars 4.5.0. My project directory is a git repository, and whenever I update files before commiting them, the uncommited files' names change to black color in the package explorer. This isn't too much of an inconvience but it'd be nice as I work with eclipse in fullscreen and can't stand the white background, but when I'm doing alot of work and haven't commited yet, it can get annoying not being able to see class/package names. I attached a screenshot.
+1 would be good if the dark theme gets higher priority
Dark Theme is improved in Eclipse Neon [#1]. Perhaps you want to start using the Eclipse Neon packages. You can get the latest packages from here: www.eclipse.org/downloads/index-developer.php [#1] Development was sponsored by Friends of Eclipse, see https://www.eclipse.org/donate/) Closing as worksforme. Please re-open if there are issues stile open; ie. you want a backport to Mars. Thanks for reporting!
Actually there was a regression. This is why I'm marking this as duplicate of 496585 *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 496585 ***
