[Problem]
There is no widget which corresponds to MS Windows spin button control
("msctls_updown32" class).

[Impact]
Usability. "Insert Table" dialog for PageDesigner Source Page(Java + SWT) does not have
spin controls while "Insert Table" dialog for PageDesigner Design Page(C++) has them. 
(To show these dialogs, use "Table" -> "Insert Table" menu in each page.)
The dialog for Source page has lower usability than the other.
