A "HTTP Status 500" is reported in the I20031125 build when opening Help 
Contents.  Nothing is written to the .log file.

org.eclipse.ui.internal.activities.MutableActivityManager
contains code
	public boolean isMatch(String string, Set activityIds) {
		return isMatch(string, activityIds);
	}
that results in stack overflow (reported in catalina*.log) and help not 
working.

Oh, the irony.  While committing the last minute fix for Chris, I made a 
typo.  Hence the stack overflow.  And then I even had the nerve to report it 
as a bug.  ;)

It's fixed, and we're pushing the map for tomorrow's rebuild.
