In 3.0M5 the outline shows the wrong signature for the ZipFileInputStream 
constructor.  Steps

0) run Eclipse on Sun JDK 1.4.2
1) open java browsing perspective
2) open type ZipFile
3) in the outline, show local types and scroll to the inner class 
ZipFipeInputStream
5) select the constructor (note that it shows three args (ZipFile, long, 
ZipFile))
6) observe the actual code has only two arguments (ZipFile, long).
