We need a way to mark up content assist proposals so the user can quickly see information.  This could be done using an icon or some sort of tag appended to the name.

Todo:
1) Try it out in language tools to ensure the result is beneficial and not distracting.
2) Apply the same css classes to the outliner.
3) Finalize the API and update the wiki
4) Write tests for the API.

Pushed my example JS styling to a branch
