The java editor supports the generic Next / Previous commands (Ctrl+. / Ctrl+,).
The commands and toolbar buttons should also be available in plain text editors.

E.g. jumping around in search results or tasks is currently not possible when
the text editor is active.

Just a reminder: bug 70881 contains an attached GotoAnnotation action
implementation that should be usable with any text editor.

I've pushed down annotation navigation to Platform Text. It's now also available
for RCP and adds annotation navigation to the following editors without action
on their side:
- Ant editor
- Scrapbook editor
- and the source pages of PDE editors
