After the simple mode of the eclipse installer has been redesigned in #466264, there are still some open issues which should be resolved:

- Take care for different font sizes (e.g. greater or smaller than 100% on windows). As a result of that, the “Cancel Installation” button is a bit wider.

- Catalog selector is missing.

- TAB traversing is not working correctly. This can be notices especially on the settings page. The user is not able to switch between all controls using the "TAB" keyboard key.

- An error message with a link to the log file is displayed at the top if an installation error occurs. Especially on Ubuntu this looks very odd and should be restyled.

- If an invalid path is entered for the install location, the installer first seems to download/collect the required artifacts and then fails with an installation error. Here, a validation could be performed _before_ the installation starts.

- The menu should close if the user clicks somewhere else.
