Icons are displayed in model editor and model spy

Feature: M7 e4 (http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/4.5-N-builds)
 
Steps to reproduce:
1. Double click eclipse.exe file
 2. Click Help -> Install New Software...
 3. Click Add... button and a dialog pop up
 4. Input e4 for Name and http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/4.5-N-builds for the Location field
 5. Click Ok to close the dialog
 6. Expand Eclipse Tests,Tools,Examples,and Extras and see Eclipse e4 Tools Developer Resources
 7. Click OK button to install it.
 8. Click File-> New -> Other.. and select "Eclipse 4  Application Project"
 9. Click Next button and input e4 for project name and click Finish button
 10. Double click Application.e4xmi to open edit page
 11. Expand and select Windows and Dialogs -> Trimmed Window -> Controls -> Perspective Stack
 12. Click Add button and navigate to Perspective edit page
 13. Click Find ... button and a dialog pop up
 14. Select one icon (icons/sample.png) and click OK button.


Problem Description:
Icons can't be displayed correctly in model editor and model spy when Icon URI is defined, show as a red box instead of the targeted icon
