Show view menu in Plug-in Development Perspective is not updated on Ubuntu 14.04 with 4.5 M7 IDE as it should have been as per the N&N entry in https://www.eclipse.org/eclipse/news/4.5/M5/.

Works for me on Windows 7.

Checked on Ubuntu 14.04, this issue happens with all other perspectives also. 

Debug / Team Synchronizing perspectives etc. also show the same list in 'Show View' menu and do not update the list.

Happens with both GTK2 and GTK3.

Setting "export UBUNTU_MENUPROXY=0" and launching Eclipse fixes the issue.

I'm going to mark this as fixed for now, someone else please re-open if they experience the bug under different circumstances.

Verified in I20160124-0800 on ubuntu 15.10 64bit
