OS X Installer Launch Error

Most installs of OS X have this security preference set. The error is self-explanatory and it is likely a larger number of new users to Eclipse may encounter this message. It is resolved by going into the System Preferences > Security & Privacy > General Tab and clicking the button 'Open Anyway' next to the message "Eclipse Installer" was blocked from opening because it is not from an identified developer.

This is likely a result of bug 451139 still being unresolved.

This has been fixed via bug 468103.
