The fix should not affect the (auto) scroll state, but just make sure we reveal already on first input.

Patch to update the caret location for 1st input character

If user has scrolled up the console, for the first input character, event's start point comes as read only partition and hence there was no update in the caret location. This patch tries to update the caret location after the document has been replaced.
