I know that we have passed M6, I we would like to add the e4 tools to the Modeling EPP. The e4 tools have been recently moved to the platform project and are available from there. The tools are essential from day one to build e4 applications (the new PDE). User have been confused in the past, that they have to install "the" official tooling from an incubation update site and that it is not already part of their Eclipse. I therefore think this is a really important step for the user experience when get started with the Eclipse 4 Application Platform. UI contributions: - Wizards to create a Eclipse 4 template project and e4 artefacts (application model and fragments) - Editor to work with fragments and the application model Feature ID: org.eclipse.e4.core.tools.feature.feature.group The tools are already available in the latest integration build.
@Cedric: Any comment on this?
That's fine for me. I added it explicitely through this commit : http://git.eclipse.org/c/epp/org.eclipse.epp.packages.git/commit/?id=ba6f26b058127421722ebfc373ece29b7b33726d Currently trying a tentative build https://hudson.eclipse.org/packaging/job/mars.epp-tycho-build/200/ just to see if something is wrong.

Build is done, Jonas, can you check everything is in order from your point of view ?
I downloaded the packages and conducted a few basic tests. It looks ok IMO. Feel free to reopen if needed.
Thank you Cedric, looks good to me, too.
