We migrate currently the platform to png, our templates should also use png files whenever possible.

I start with updating the existing RCP templates.

Icons

It looks like a lot has changed in icons. The icons in zip file  ( attached) correspond to 
\org.eclipse.pde.ui.templates\templates_3.3\viewRCP\bin\icons\

Is this intended?

We have more GIF files but I plan not to work on these via this bug, marking as fixed.
