Rendering errors in open type-view

I am getting rendering errors like the attached one in the content assist and in the open-type-view as soon as the number of proposals is low enough for the views to to hide the vertical scrollbar.
As long as the scrollbar is visible, the views behave normally.

The problem occurred first, after running a full update some hours ago.
I am running Luna Service Release 2 (4.4.2)
Build id: 20150219-0600, installed with oomph in the recommenders-core configuration on linux mint 17 cinnamon(2.2.16), 64bit

Thank you for the submission. It is a well known issue, we are looking into getting it fixed.
