Since we don't offer the "Platform SDK" as a download, there is no reason to sign it ... and, from what I understand, probably no reason to "materialize" it as a "product" ... that is primarily an "assembly" operation, and it's own little repo with complete meta data has already been created by then. (to be well tested :)
