Build 20031105

Shift-click on two revisions of a file in the "CVS Resource History" view, right click, and choose 
Compare. Instead of showing the comparison of the two revisions, you first have to wait for it to 
show the file in a tree, then double-click the file.

I've already asked to Compare the files. I shouldn't then have to perform another action to actually 
see the comparison.

Sorry that this is a dupe of such an old bug. We just never got around to it. 
I will make sure we fix this for 3.0 though :)
