Some Simple Enhancements to Make Bookmark more useful

1) The default name of a new bookmark should be the current file
2) Create one keystroke bookmarks corresponding to numbers using the control 
and shift key.  For example developer hits ctrl-shift-1 create a bookmark named 
1 at the current cursor.  Developer hits ctrl-1 jumps to bookmark 1

Both of these would save alot of developer time.
