Orion needs to support .eslintrc files or a similar mechanism. Right now it lacks the  mechanism to manage the eslint behaviour for the whole project from a single location.

We support all of the ESlint config files except for the YML and YAML. I opened bug 492919 to add support for reading / parsing YML and YAML files in the tools.
