Bug 459415 requires JDT to be able to use java.nio.* APIs, which were introduced only in 1.7. We need to move the JDT Core source projects and if possible test projects to 1.7 source level.

This should not be a problem in Mars since the minimum supported JRE since Mars is 1.7.

Able to use 1.7 constructs in JDT code.
Verified for 4.5 M6 with build I20150316-2000.
