Feb 10 2015 nightly build.

The start-up of Eclipse and/or Papyrus editors seems to be tripping over problems in registration of element types in the GMF ElementTypeRegistry.  It looks like specialization dependencies are being processed out of order (in particular, statically registered element types are failing because the dynamically-registered core UML types aren't yet available).
