We will migrate the Acceleo3 MTL expression to the "Acceleo Query Language" implementation.
I doing so EcoreTools will bring less dependencies and as a matter of consequence we'll get a slightly smaller modeling package.

I messed up my commit messages, this is not related to this bugzilla which has been fixed with https://git.eclipse.org/r/41652 being merged.
