Description Stephan Herrmann CLA 2015-02-03 11:35:59 EST
The build towards 2.4 M5 had failures in ExternalDefinedRoleContentAndParentTests, which are caused by failure to create an adaptor of type IWorkbenchAdapter.

During debugging I saw, that the internal manager tried to use a factory provided by org.eclipse.jdt.debug.ui before that plugin was initialized, and hence refused to work.

At a closer look, there's no need to directly access the IWorkbenchAdapter, performing a base call provides for a much cleaner solution.
