I better let screenshots speak.

Eclipse is from the weekly snapshots (pretty recent) and gtk3 is 3.15.3, but it also happened with 3.14.x (openSUSE)

I can't reproduce it on my system (Fedora 21, gtk.14), but chances are it's a duplicate of: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=446075

Thoughts?

Hi Michael. What is your Font settings? I can't reproduce it with the default Ubuntu font.

I'm pretty sure this is a duplicate of bug 446075. I you still see this using Eclipse Mars, feel free to reopen.
