Add missing about.html files and set bundle vendor (according to https://wiki.eclipse.org/Development_Resources/HOWTO/Release_Reviews)

To be consistent, I will set the bundle vendor to Eclipse.org as this vendor is used in the platform project and for most existing bundles although this is strictly speaking not the project name.
