It would be great to be able to develop refactoring plugins using an extension 
point into the refactoring mechanism. However all of my searches failed to 
turn up such an extension point. 

If it is already there, it needs to be better documented (and please tell me 
where it is =) ) 

If it isnt there, it should be added.
