small fonts and icons on 4k screens

when I'm trying to use eclise on 4k screen on 13.3" screen(I use lenovo) the fonts and icons are unable - see the attach screenshot.
I uses the latest luna version downloaded today (15/11/2014)

To show my ignorance ... the "4K" refers to 3,840x2,160-pixel resolution, right? 

Do you have a pointer to the 13.3 inch model? (I ask because I was hoping they published the "dots per inch". (instead of me doing the division :) I saw some "20 inch" ones that boasted "230ppi".

Moving to SWT for initial comment. 

SWT Team, do we (or should we) start to specify "min/max resolution supported"? 

At the speed at which high resolution monitors are hitting the market, I would think there is not much we can do with the icons, unless we switch completely to SVG icons? 

I am less sure what can be done with the font scaling.
