Actions
1. Open preferences, navigate to Annotations.
2. Modify warning's "Text as" item
3. Save and restart Eclipse

Results
3. This setting will back to the original value(check/uncheck and drop-down list)

I have installed pydev and color theme.

Seems it was caused by the dark Appearance Theme or color theme
When I switch to default Appearance Theme and color theme, this setting can be saved successfully.

Daniel, I think we have a bug for this, that the CSS overrides the user settings, but I can't find it.
