Error log for the crash

In Ubuntu 14.04 Unity i configured a launcher for Eclipse so that it is using the Unity Menu integration (Exec=env UBUNTU_MENUPROXY=eclipse). This way i gain some vertical space.

Just start Eclipse from command line with this command to use my configuration:
Exec=env UBUNTU_MENUPROXY=eclipse LIBOVERLAY_SCROLLBAR=1 /opt/eclipse/eclipse

Now when i have 2 workbench windows open and i click on the window menu, Eclipse crashes almost immediately.

Sorry, the title is not correct. It has nothing to do with overlay scrollbars but the menu integration.
