Wanted to open a bug to cover "restoring" the derby database collection and "analysis UI". 

I've opened CQ https://dev.eclipse.org/ipzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=8834
to cover "build/test-time only" dependency on Derby. 

And, I picked 10.11.1.1 simply because it is the most recent.
