Is that enough to confirm the existence of this bug?

(BTW the Eclipse Bugzilla search engine is a major failure itself. Searching for existing bugs is a pain. Neither is it possible to google bugs.eclipse.org properly for existing bugs & duplicates, existing tickets just don't show up in search results.)

You can install a fix from http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/4.4/, or wait for Luna SR2.
