Mylyn - Running remote build - local console is not updated regardless of Preferences->Mylyn->Builds->Automatic Refresh rate setting

The build is successful, and the user is able manually refresh the console, but the console never auto refreshes.

That preference controls the refresh rate of builds in the buidls view. The console is not automatically refreshed.
