Jubula was causing both builds to "fail", and since they are a leaf component, thought best to disable them, and let others "build" to confirm their bits. 

Jubula team, please re-enable as soon as possible (we are one day away from final SR1 build!) ... after you've confirmed all is 'ok' with b3 aggregator editor.

I have fixed the problems with removing the requirement of the bundle "org.eclipse.core.runtime.compatibility.auth", which was needed for a fix with our standalone and older versions of mylyn[1].
Since mylyn has removed this bundle from mylyn with Bug 431636 this error occurred.
