Quickly dragging multiple tabs from one Terminals view to another can cause this SWT Error:
org.eclipse.swt.SWTError: Cannot initialize Drag
	at org.eclipse.swt.dnd.DND.error(DND.java:272)
	at org.eclipse.swt.dnd.DND.error(DND.java:238)
	at org.eclipse.swt.dnd.DragSource.<init>(DragSource.java:157)
	at org.eclipse.tcf.te.ui.terminals.view.TerminalsView$1.handleEvent(TerminalsView.java:203)
	at org.eclipse.swt.widgets.EventTable.sendEvent(EventTable.java:84)
	[...]

The error indicates that a DnD operation on the same control is not yet complete.
