New SWT binaries (.so files) for ppc64le are required for supporting the ppc64le system.

In addition to the binaries, some changes were needed in the eclipse.platform.swt project for the build scripts:

Pushed the patch to R4_4_maintenance.

This patch needs a couple of small changes, updated in gerrit.
