Description Sarilhos 2x CLA 2014-08-07 06:37:58 EDT
in Text Editors -> Annotations:

1) Set annotation Errors and/or Warnings to "Text as" -> "Native Problem Underline"

2) restart Eclipse;

The options applied in step 1, are not restored.
it fails back to it default: "Highlighted"

(did not test for other options or annotations type).

I've seen this behavior in Linux and Windows Environments.

Hi;

I've also forget to mention that i'm using the new "Dark Theme"
Do not know if this problems occurs in other themes.

After some messing around, I've been able to found the problem.
In file:

"<eclipse home>\plugins\org.eclipse.ui.themes_1.0.0.v20140604-1608\css\dark\e4-dark_preferencestyle.css"

Change: (to false the options)

'errorIndicationHighlighting=false'
'warningIndicationHighlighting=false'

Up on eclipse restart my settings where restored.
