Steps to reproduce:

1) Open the Terminals view
2) Create a Local Terminal in it
3) Pin the view
4) Close the Local Terminal
-> The Pin/Unpin button is disabled and there is (no obvious) way to re-enable it.  This makes the view practically useless.

Workaround: D&D a terminal from another Terminals view instance into the pinned view.  Now the Pin/Unpin button is enabled again.
