That'd be 

/home/data/httpd/download.eclipse.org/releases/mars

with permissions set just like for .../luna

I can take it from there. (It'll be empty for a while ... but ... turns out an empty repo is sometimes better than an invalid URL :) 

We in the platform will be setting the "default" in the Platform to "mars" soon ... and would prefer early users/testers didn't get the "error message" (which is really a warning) that a repo did not exist.
