When I start Eclipse, it takes a while to load. So I start typing in a shell window in the mean time. Then all of a sudden the "choose workspace" popup appears, grabs focus, and grabs the characters I was typing in the shell window. I hit enter, meaning to enter a command in the shell, but instead Eclipse tries to start a meaningless nonexisting workspace, which I then have to remove and go back to my default workspace. And the shell window hangs in the background with half a command typed. This happens to me about once a week. I would prefer if Eclipse, once it doesn't have focus during startup, does not grab focus.
