This is a duplicate of bug 426062

See https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=426062

This bug makes it impossible to launch applications from command line and forces you to use JavaApplicationStub and run with Java 1.6 from Apple.

You can't use Java 7 or 8 with SWT on Mac OS X 10.9 at this moment and will have to wait until the bug is fixed.
