Description Paul Clenahan CLA 2014-06-16 10:42:57 EDT
On projects.eclipse.org or any of its many sub-pages, click on the Eclipse Logo on the upper left...

Expected:

It should take you back to the main Eclipse Home Page (i.e. eclipse.org).

Actual Result:

It takes you to the projects.eclipse.org page.

This is particularly problematic when you have started from eclipse.org (as most people will) and you ended up in some page within projects.eclipse.org.

Agreed.

I think the Eclipse logo in the top left corner should always bring you back "home", http://www.eclipse.org/

This change has been implemented in the Corona theme.
Wayne can you checkout the new changes on the live site?
Comment 3 Christopher Guindon CLA 2014-06-17 09:21:03 EDT
We also need to implement this on the new solstice theme before closing this bug.
Comment 4 Edouard Poitras CLA 2014-07-14 13:40:17 EDT
This is now implemented in the current corona theme as well as on the dev version of the site running the solstice theme.
