We should check / extend / document our support for this UIKit component.

We don't aim for any explicit support for basic types such as this in any toolkit. An explicit support (e.g. for performing object mapping for components like this) would - in our opinion - lead to a major confusion for a user as he would be able to map and interact with nearly 'everything' within the UI; regardless whether it is an actual high level component (such as a table, a list, ...) or whether it's a component only used for layouting, grouping, etc.

Hence I'm resolving this accordingly. Feel free to comment and re-open!
