Currently We build WindowBuilder for  3.8/4.2/4.3/4.4.  To move the build to tycho the preprocessing needs to be removed.

This proposal is to remove the preprocessing from Windowbuilder and use Git branches to maintain the current release(Main branch) and the +1 version(next release).

WB is not part of the Neon train, and it looks bad to user unfamiliar with the inner workings of projects at Eclipse. Lars has made the necessary changes to build WB compatible with Neon - can we get some momentum with the PMC to release a Neon-compatible repository ASAP?
