Warning add pin editor icon to  Tool Bar

If Preferences > General > Editors > Close editors automatically is enabled, it should be possible to add the icon for 'pin editor' to Tool Bar.

It seems that is not ordered to an command group because a warning <<"Pin Editor" cannot be made visible because it is in the unavailable "null" command  group>> appears (See attatchment).

That's part of bug 387579. It should appear after a restart of Eclipse.
