bug to track release review for inclusion with Luna release.
Project release date changed from May 21 (review did not happen) to Luna release dates.
Hi Folks, Couple of quick items for the Luna release: - * Submit your IP Logs ASAP. - Could you please add some additional information to the release review documentation in the description section. Namely, what does the release implement or fix; what would users find interesting about the release. - Please seek PMC approval for the review materials. Cheers, Richard

I've noticed that the project does not have a project specific developers mailing list. We should consider setting one up for the project. Cheers, Richard

Sorry, I missed this bugzilla. Why did the review not happen? Didn't I schedule it? I'm also pretty sure I submitted the IP log in the beginning of May already. Anyway, I did it once more now. The description is there "This is mostly a maintenance release." There's nothing more to say. The PMC approval was done in May already: https://dev.eclipse.org/mhonarc/lists/modeling-pmc/msg03097.html
(In reply to Richard Burcher from comment #4) > I've noticed that the project does not have a project specific developers > mailing list. We should consider setting one up for the project. This project is mostly used within Xtext and is maintained by mostly the same committers. So just post to the tmf-xtext developer's list.

PMC +1 from Ed Merks https://dev.eclipse.org/mhonarc/lists/modeling-pmc/msg03097.html
I've generated and forwarded the IP Log to the IP Team on behalf of the project.

I don't see anything in the project metadata; and, frankly, it took me a few minutes to find the website for the project (and that doesn't help a lot). Further, there is no CONTRIBUTING file (or equivalent) in the root of the Git repository. You need to have this. https://wiki.eclipse.org/Architecture_Council/Contributor_Guide_Recommendation#Source_Code_Repositories Please take a few minutes to review and update the project metadata and add a CONTRIBUTING guide to the Git repository.
