I believe that the IP Log is missing a piggyback CQ. I've asked Jeff to investigate and mitigate.

- Could you please add some additional information to the release review
documentation in the description section. Namely, what does the release
implement or fix; what would users find interesting about the release.

- Please seek PMC approval for the review materials.

This is great documentation. Can you add this to the release plan in the PMI. This is where folks we actually view the material. The tickets are more for our internal tracking of the release.
