IP Log submitted for review.
Comment 2 Wayne Beaton CLA 2014-05-22 15:10:10 EDT
I've forwarded the IP Log to the IP Team for their review.

I've noted that the IP Log does not list any contributions and have asked that the project team provide some discussion of their efforts to attract contribution in the review documentation.

Do we need to do anything special regarding the fact the we get out of incubation with this release?

Nothing needs to be done to move out of incubation.

More of an FYI, make sure you keep the PMI meta data about the project and documentation surrounding the project (wiki, website, contribution guides) up to date.

Great to see you moving out of incubation:)

Cheers,

Richard

Thanks.

Another question: when I scheduled the release review for Sirius, I left the proposed date of June 25, 2014, as this is the official Luna release date. However https://wiki.eclipse.org/Luna indicates that the *release review* date is June 11 ("June 11/2014 - Luna Uber Release review"). Should the date in the PMI reflect the expected release date (June 25), or the date of the release reviews (June 11)? My worry is that if some time is needed between the review and the actual release, June 25 would be too late.

Hi Pierre,

Everything is fine with the dates set for your project. In the PMI, the release is set for June 25 while the release review is June 11. These are two separate processes. The release review (us) checks that everything is in order for the upcoming release to occur.

HTH,

Richard

Release review made public.
Comment 11 Richard Burcher CLA 2014-06-11 12:58:33 EDT
We declare this release review successful.

The project has graduated from incubation into a mature project.

Please continue with your release.
