If you use the context menu to hide quick access, it disappears in that workbench window.  If you have multiple workbench windows open and you restart, it disappears from all of the windows.

Also check ToolControlRenderer around line 164. In a event handler, we should check controls for isDisposed() although this has not yet caused a problem.

I suspect the problem is in org.eclipse.ui.internal.WorkbenchWindow.hideQuickAccess(Event)
